Music – Once Upon A Night
~~Rave On~~

Well, the little things that you say and do
Make me want to be with you
Rave on, it's a crazy feelin'
I know it's got me reelin'
When you say 'I love you'
Rave on

Well, the way you dance and hold me tight
The way you kiss and say goodnight
Rave on, it's a crazy feelin'
And I know it's got me reelin'
When you say I love you
Rave on

Well, rave on, it's a crazy feelin'
And I know, it's got me reelin'
I'm so glad

That you're revealin' your love for me
Rave on, rave on and tell me,
Tell me, I'm not to be lonely,
Tell me, you love me only
Rave on to me

Well, rave on, it's a crazy feelin'
And I know, it's got me reelin'
I'm so glad

That you're revealin' your love for me
Rave on, rave on and tell me,
Tell me, I’m not to be lonely,
Tell me, you love me only
Rave on to me

Rave on to me
Rave on to me
Rave on

~~That'll Be The Day~~

Well, that'll be the day, when you say goodbye
Yes, that'll be the day, when you make me cry
You say you're gonna leave, you know it's a lie
'cause that'll be the day when I die

Well, you gave me all your loving
And all your turtle doving,
All your hugs and kisses, and your money too
You say you love me baby,
Still you tell me maybe
That somebody, well, I'll be through

Well, that'll be the day, when you say goodbye
Yes, that'll be the day, when you make me cry
You say you're gonna leave, you know it's a lie
'cause that'll be the day when I die

Yes, that'll be the day, when you say goodbye
Yes, that'll be the day, when you make me cry
You say you're gonna leave, you know it's a lie
'cause that'll be the day when I die

Well, when cupid shot his dart,
He shot it at your heart
So if we'll ever part,
And I'll leave you
You say you'll hold me,
And you tell me boldly
That some day, well I'll be through

Well, that'll be the day, when you say goodbye
Yes, that'll be the day, when you make me cry
You say you're gonna leave, you know it's a lie
'cause that'll be the day when I die

Well, that'll be the day, when you say goodbye
Yes, that'll be the day, when you make me cry
You say you're gonna leave, you know it's a lie
'cause that'll be the day when I die

Yeah, that'll be the day
Ooh-hooh that'll be the day

Yeah, that'll be the day
Ooh-hooh, that'll be the day

~~You'll Lose A Good Thing~~

Well if you lose me, oh yes
You'll lose a good thing
Well if you lose me, oh yes
You'll lose a good thing

You know I love you girl
But I want you to do right
If you would only straighten up
We'd have a good life
And if you don't believe me, oh yes
You'll lose a good thing

Well if you lose me, oh yes
You'll lose a good thing

~~Boom Boom~~

Boom, boom, boom, boom
Gonna shoot you right down
Take you in my arms
I melt with you
ooh baby it's true

I like the way you walk
I like the way you talk
When you walk that walk
And you talk that talk
You knock me out
Right off my feet

C'mon, ya spin my head

How, how, how, how
Talk that talk
How, how, how, how

~~Wonderful World (Don't Know Much About History)~~

Don't know much about history,
don't know much biology.
Don't know much about a science book,
don't know much about the french I took.
But I do know that I love you,
and I know that if you love me, too,
what a wonderful world this would be.

Don't know much about geography,
don't know much trigonometry.
Don't know much about algebra,
don't know what a slide rule is for.
But I know that one and one is two,
and if this one could be with you,
what a wonderful world this would be.

I don't claim to be an 'A' student,
but I'm tryin' to be.
For maybe by being an 'A'-student, baby,
I can win your love for me.

Don't know much about history,
don't know much biology.
Don't know much about a science book,
don't know much about the french I took.
But I do know that I love you,
and I know that if you love me, too,
what a wonderful world this would be.

But I do know that I love you,
and I know that if you love me, too,
what a wonderful world this would be

But I do know that I love you,
and I know that if you love me, too

  2. Hmm, I didn't realize that was anything more than just the episode score. I'll listen to it closely and see if I can recognise it as part of a pre-existing song. If I CAN find out what it is I'll add the the title in to this page. Unfortunately it's pretty hard to identify instrumental songs :( - no lyrics to google!

It's great to see a fan who's so interested in the music, thanks for coming by :)

  3. Well, I had a chance to ask the guy who worked on the score to the show (Arthur Barrow) - he said that tune is by him and Steve Schiff, so it's score from the ep, just really great-sounding enough to sound like a real song apparently. Nice to get it answered :)

  4. Hi Joanna,

I would like to know if you have the ballad song in the end when Johnny is invited by the girl to have a breakfast ?

    A beautiful 80's guitar song.

    Thanks a lot, Jo.

    1. Hi there, Robin

No, I don't. I thought that was just musical score from the episode, it sorta sounds like it has the refrain that surfaces other times...

If anyone knows better, or has a title to the song, please let me know. And I'll be glad to include it in the list :)

Whether original for the show or a pre-existing song, I agree with you, it sounds beautiful!
