Dr. James Strickland Played by: Edward Winter Seen in episode: 01-02 Occupation: Former Administrator of Humanidyne Greedy and unfeeling, Strickland was running the show at Humanidyne when Beef was brought in.		RAP SHEET: Coldly shut down H.I.T., firing Billy, El, and the rest of the staff. Ordered inhumane testing to be done on Beef and Dr. Momquist. Sold the neutron beam cannon to the government - knowing full well its dangerous potential.
General Thiel Played by: Larry Linville Seen in episode: 01-02 Military General occ The warmongering general who wanted the neutron beam cannon.		RAP SHEET: Gave the orders to the military detachment at Humanidyne. He didn't want the Misfits to get away alive and he ordered mortars thrown at the Fundae. Had his soldiers fire at the Misfits in the bunker, and ordered them not to let the Misfits out alive. Fired the neutron beam cannon, causing loss of life. Tried to blast the Misfits off the top of the mesa; this backfired and killed him, Strickland and the two pilots in the helicopter.
Stoffer Played by: Nicholas Hormann Seen in episode: 03 Occupation: Businessman An underhanded businessman with a taste for riches.		RAP SHEET: Trapped the Misfits in a sealed room to die. Had priceless artifacts destroyed for monetary gain. Used Jane as a hostage. Fired at Billy. Greedily removed the jade idol, which triggered the collapse of the temple.
"Ponytail" Played by: Shane McCamey (?) Seen in episode: 03 A lowlife flunky working for Stoffer.		RAP SHEET: Knew Augie was wounded and didn't make any move to help. Tried to run down Angel in the barrio. Held the gun on Jane when she was hostage. Held the Misfits at gunpoint.
Ramon Played by: Tony Acierto Seen in episode: Tony Acierto Ramon is a tough street punk and leader of a gang.		RAP SHEET: Leads an unsavory street gang. Acted tough with a gun, threatening the Misfits. Doesn't mind taking in stolen cars.
Al Buchre Played by: Michael Halsey Seen in episode: 06 Scheming treasure hunter who recovered the Antoinette treasure.		RAP SHEET: Intended to steal the treasure from himself to get insurance money. Ordered methane pumped into the tunnels below the museum, to set it off during the party. Left Johnny B in the tunnel to die in the explosion. Held Dick at gunpoint.
Syl Played by: Christopher Murray Seen in episode: 06 Buchre's corruptible second-in-command.		RAP SHEET: Intended to take his share of the stolen treasure. He and his men pumped the methane into the tunnels. He and his men attacked Johnny B. Left Johnny B in the tunnel to die, on Buchre's orders.
Chuck Pisarcik Played by: Robert Donavan Seen in episode: 07 Occupation: Owner of the Flamingo Club Sleazy club owner and drug dealer.		RAP SHEET: Deals in hard drugs. Held Billy and El prisoner in his club, to deal with later. Kidnapped Eddie with intent to silence him after using him and Donald. Fired dart rifle at Donald. Fired dart rifle at Misfits.
Sherri Played by: Sondra Currie Seen in episode: 07 Occupation: Delta Foundation Representative A dangerous character, Sherri is Chuck's girlfriend and an accessory to his drug dealing.		RAP SHEET: Pretended to be on Eddie's side, but in fact wanted Delta to stop Eddie's project so she and Chuck could get their hands on Donald. Tricked Eddie into bringing Donald to the Snow Queen, knowing he and Donald wouldn't be going back alive. Trained dart rifle on Misfits.
"Betty" Played by: Greta Blackburn (?) Seen in episode: 09 Occupation: Enemy Agent The dangerous blonde who shadowed Brick during the mission involving the "football".		RAP SHEET: Part of the operation that relieved Brick of the "football". Tried to run down Gloria and Brick at the airport. Trained her gun on Gloria and Brick.
Dan Played by: James Hornbeck (?) Seen in episode: 10 Occupation: Businessman A corrupt and coldhearted businessman and part owner of Murchco Petroleum.		RAP SHEET: Had Dwayne kidnapped to prevent Dwayne's new gas-saving engine from getting on the market. Kept Billy and El prisoner at Murchco, presumably to silence them after he'd dealt with the Dwayne situation. Ordered Mark to take Dwayne out and shoot him.
Mark Played by: Warren Munson Seen in episode: 10 Occupation: Businessman Mark is the weak-willed partner of Dan.		RAP SHEET: Took Dwayne out to shoot him, on Dan's orders. Aimed his gun at Lonnie.
Skinner Played by: Paul Koslo Seen in episode: 10 Occupation: Murchco Racing Team Crewmember Unsavory flunky to Murchco.		RAP SHEET: Knocked Dwayne out and held him prisoner for Murchco – not very nicely. Lied about Dwayne wanting to do a qualifying run, then sabotaged Dwayne's bike so it would fail during the race and he'd be disqualified. Sabotaged the bike again so that it would explode when Lonnie raced it.
Dr. Levine & Dr. Moyer Played by: Michael McGuire & Jordan Charney Seen in episode: 11 Occupation: Scientists Dishonest and selfish scientists who worked at Vivatech.		RAP SHEET: Concocted evil scheme of starting a plague that only they had the cure for, to get themselves riches, fame, and a Nobel Prize. Offered El a job at Vivatech, but were only gladhanding him, hoping to gain his loyalty. Dr. Levine shot at Vince. Dr. Levine threatened to shoot the only bunny carrying the antidote.
Vince Played by: Robin Thomas Seen in episode: 11 Unethical and greedy, Vince was hired by Dr. Levine and Dr. Moyer to help them in their evil scheme.		RAP SHEET: Helped Sarah to steal the animals, planning on double-crossing her all along and knowing what the doctors planned to do with the animals. Held Sarah at gunpoint, using her as a hostage to force the Misfits to hand over the bunny, and shot out the Fundae's tire. Willing to sell Sarah as the disease carrier to the doctors.
Galenkov Played by: John Schuck Seen in episode: 12 Occupation: KGB Agent A KGB agent who can keep a grudge for a very long time.		RAP SHEET: Attempted to abduct Nikolai to return him to Russia. He and his men used heavy-handed tactics when trying to prevent the Misfits from getting Nikolai and Tatyana together.
Cassatti Played by: Andrew Masset Seen in episode: 13 Deranged employee of Jaye's father, the king.		RAP SHEET: Led Jaye to believe her fiancé was kidnapped. Sent his cronies to kidnap Jaye (they got Gloria by accident instead). Abducted Jaye and tried to spirit her away to keep on his island. Struggled with Johnny B on the helicopter, trying to throw him in the drink.
Hank Buxton Played by: Barry Sattels Seen in episode: 14 Oily, rich playboy and backer of the L.A. Wolves basketball team.		RAP SHEET: Paid part of his team to throw games that he bet against. Let The Fly take the rap for the games going badly. Had Johnny B and Gloria held prisoner at his mansion.
Mr. Rogers Played by: Dave Shelley Seen in episode: 16 Occupation: Mob Boss Unsympathetic Mob boss, who likes to have his rules enforced, painfully if necessary.		RAP SHEET: Runs a protection racket. Had his cronies teach Nate and Heddy a lesson. His men knocked out Billy and Gloria and kept them tied up at one of his buildings. Had things arranged so that Milt's Avenging Angel persona would be permanently out of the picture, including making sure Milt's opponent was properly motivated enough to play dirty in the ring if need be.
Riggs Played by: ?? Seen in episode: 16 Occupation: Cop A less-than-reputable beat cop who has dealings with the Mob.		RAP SHEET: Turned a blind eye to activity done under Mr. Rogers' protection racket. Talked threateningly to Nate, and took some candy bars without paying. Pointed his gun at the Misfits in the arena to stop them from helping Milt.
Matt Jasper Played by: Joe Dorsey Seen in episode: 17 Occupation: FBI Agent G-man who's far too overzealous when it comes to being a spycatcher.		RAP SHEET: Willing to leave Billy in jail, knowing he hadn't done what he was accused of, so he'd squeal on the real spy. Planned to let Dick be convicted of being a spy, to save face. Aimed his gun at Dick and the others.
